Clay — Travis Welch, 32, of Clay, entered into rest Thursday, March 15, 2017. Born June 26, 1984, in Charleston; he was the son of Tony R. (Samantha) Welch and mother, Bennilee Welch.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, William “Billy” Belknap, maternal grandmother, Geraldine Belknap; and maternal grandfather, James Runnion.

In addition to his parents, Travis is survived by his son, Travis R. Welch Jr. and daughter, Zoey Rae Welch; two brothers, Donnie, and Ronnie Welch; sister, Caitlyn Koch; three nieces, Jonna, Danielle Welch; Annastasia Belknap; two nephew, Donnie J. Welch and Ian Belknap; paternal grandmother, Imogene Runnion.

Service was held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay.
