Shirley Ann (Proctor) Winebrenner, 78, Gauley Bridge passed away July 27, 2018.
Born December 1, 1939 in Fayette County, she was the daughter of the late Lonsford “Red” and Alice (Brown) Proctor.
She was retired from the Fayette County Board of Education.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 61 years, Byron Winebrenner of Gauley Bridge; son, Dean Winebrenner of Gauley Bridge; daughter, Keli Winebrenner of Boomer; Anita Reid of London & Linda Winebrenner Dubee-Sister-N-Law, Gauley Bridge, grandchildren Ryan Brown, Josh Winebrenner, Tate Winebrenner, Jospeh Eckert and five great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and family members.
A funeral Service was held Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Gauley Bridge Baptist Church in Gauley Bridge with Minister William “Bill” Kincaid officiating. Burial will be in Restlawn Cemetery, Ansted.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Hubbard House (charleston) or Gauley Bridge Baptist Church.
