Sheila Jo Hubbard Wilson Tulloh, 75, of Pawleys Island, passed away peacefully at The Hospice Center of Charleston early Thursday, August 25, 2016. She was born December 12, 1940 in Bickmore, West Virginia, to the late Ralph Fitch and Ruby Mae (Legg) Hubbard.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Larry Wilson and two brothers, Kenneth and Jimmy Hubbard.
Survivors include her loving husband, Donald Tulloh; daughter, Lori Wilson Mays; grandchildren, Allison Olivia Mays and Zane Wilson Mays all of Pawleys Island; step children, Rose Marie Childers of Killeen, TX and Glen Tulloh of Rochester, NY; sisters, Betty Leigh of Barberton. OH, Sue Mcintyre of Akron, OH, Barbara Lantz of Richmond, VA, Kay Hubbard of Clay, WV, Phyllis Keenan of Lorton, VA and Peggy Stephenson of Clay, WV; and two brothers, Johnny and Jerry Hubbard both of Clay, WV.
Sheila enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going out to lunch with her close friends.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM October 1, 2016 at Clay First Baptist Church, 1594 Triplett Ridge Road Clay, West Virginia 25043. At the request of the family, memorial donations in Sheila’s name may be made to Clay First Baptist Church.
