Bickmore–Robert Eugene “Bobby” Holcomb, 57, of Bickmore, entered into rest Monday, September 12, 2016, at Montgomery General Hospital.
Born August 25, 1959, in Braxton, he was the son of the late Ernest Jack Holcomb and Annie (Daniels) Ramsey.
Robert is survived by his sons, Scott Holcomb of Newton, Robert and Bobbie Marling of Canton, OH; six grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Taylor and Debbie Taylor, both of Bickmore, Addie Cole, Patty Brown and Grithel Burns, all of Wallback; brothers, Roger Holcomb and Joey Holcomb, both of Bickmore, Jackie Holcomb of Indore and Thomas Holcomb of Clay; and step-father Clarence “Kelly” Ramsey of Bickmore; companion, Carolyn Peck of Bickmore; step-children, Natasha Taylor of Fola, April Elswick of Bickmore and Wendall Elswick of Saint Albans.
Funeral service was held at 12 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2016, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Rocky Osborne officiating. Burial was in Taylor Cemetery, Beechy Ridge.
Friends gathered with family one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
