Paul E. Morris, 85, passed away Monday, November 6, 2017. He was born in Ivydale, West Virginia to the late Rev. Carl Morris and Thelma Morris.

Paul was preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years, Goldie Morris. Paul is survived by his son Joe Paul and wife Victoria Morris of Virginia Beach; granddaughter Emily Cervantes of North Carolina and three sisters, Mrs. Charlene Boggs of Ivydale, West Virginia, Mrs. Bonnie Davis of Granite Falls, North Carolina and Mrs. Patricia Brod of Wooster, Ohio.

Paul served his country proudly in the United States Navy for 20 years. He finished his working career with Hercules Fence Company of over 35 years. Paul resided in the Hampton Roads area for the past 62 years.

The family has asked that donations be made in Paul’s honor to Haygood United Methodist Church, 4713 Haygood Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23455.
