Lizemores, WV -Patsy Dorsey, 80, of Lizemores, entered into rest on August 17, 2015 at CAMC Memorial, Charleston.
Patsy was born on April 11, 1935 to the late Harry and Clara (Hypes) Walker. She was a member of Fola Missionary Baptist Church. Patsy is preceded in death by her husband: Bobby K. Dorsey; son, Kent Dorsey, grandson, Jonathan Duffield; great- granddaughter, Kyndle Jayde Dorsey; and brothers, Don Walker, Rex Walker, and David Walker.
Patsy is survived by her sons, Roger (Candy) Dorsey of Lizemores, Timmy (Jill) Dorsey of Bickmore; daughter, Beverly (Rex) Pierson of Clay; daughter-in-law, Barbara Dorsey; brother, Gary Walker of Lizemores, sisters, Rose Westfall of Orville, OH, Janice Fitzwater of Glenville, Jean Dorsey of Lizemores; Jane Cottrell of Lizemores, 11 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren.
Services were held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 20, 2015, at Wilson Shamblin Smith Funeral Home Clay, with Pastor Daniel Tanner officiating. Burial was in Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore.
