Pat Richard Vaughan, 86, of Chloe, WV, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017, at Charleston Area Medical Center- Central.

He was born in Floe, WV, on February 9, 1931.  He was a son of the late Homer and Myrtle Anderson Vaughan.  He loved singing and his grandchildren.  He was a member of Nebo Baptist Church.

He is survived by wife of 60 years, Ermal Marks Vaughan; children, Tommy (Karen) Vaughan; Terry (Teresa) Vaughan; Jerry (Tiffany) Vaughan; and Patricia (Kenny) Rush; grandchildren, Dustin (Brittney) Vaughan; Dylan (Breanna) Vaughan; Megan Prater (Matt Owens); Jerry Vaughan, Jr.; Colby Vaughan; Dylan Treadway; Brittany Treadway; Eric (Kayla) Hicks; Kimberly (RJ) Coleman; Roma Rush; Samantha Hicks; and Autumn Rush.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by, son, Timmie Vaughan; brothers, Darrell Vaughan, Bob Vaughan, Bill Vaughan, Quenten Vaughan, and Delvin Vaughan; and sisters, Macel Miller; Mildred Carter; Geraldine Anderson; and Magaline Watkins.

A funeral service was held at Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc., Arnoldsburg, on Friday, September 8, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev.
