West Middlesex Township, PA – Pat Frank Morris, 88, of Bedford Rd. West Middlesex Township, PA. passed away Wednesday September 2, 1915.
Pat was born Feb. 26, 1927 in Clay County, West Virginia, to the late Frank and Mae James Morris. He married Mildred Lucille Mullens on Aug. 20, 1948. She preceded him in death on September 27, 2008.
Pat was the retired owner of Pat Morris & Son Trucking of Portersville, Pa. He also enjoyed farming.
He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Army under Gen. MacArthur in the second invasion of the Philippine Islands in 1944.
Surviving daughter, Sandra Wilson (James) of Pulaski, PA. Son, Pat F. Morris, Jr. “Sunny” (Helen) of Prospect, PA. 5 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Brother, Charles Morris of Wallback, Sisters, Rebecca Johnson of Zanesville, Ohio, Marie Tucker of Kanawha Co. WV. , Jenny Chapman of Duck, WV.
Funeral service for Pat was held Saturday September 5 at Smith Funeral Home with Rev. Wade Barto, Pastor of United Methodist Church of West Middlesex officiating. Interment was at Evergreen Cemetery, New Bedford, Pa.
