Charleston, WV – Naomi Ruth Neal Jones, 60, of Charleston, entered into rest, September 5, 2013, at home.
Born on April 8, 1953, in Nicholas County, she was the daughter of the late Nenferd and Irene Neal.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Neal and brother, David Neal.
Ruth was a US Navy veteran and a member of Vaughan Baptist Church.
Survivors include her brothers and sisters, Harry (Thelma) Neal of Charleston, Joanna (Jeffrey) Fritz of Morgantown, Esther (Hoy) Willis of Drennen, John Neal of Belva, Jesse Neal of Montgomery, Alma (David) Shaffer of Clarksburg, Clarence Neal of Belva; sister-in-law, Leeann Neal of Montgomery and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were 2 pm Sunday, September 8, 2013, at Vaughan Baptist Church, Vaughan, with Reverend Naaman Moore officiating. Burial followed in the Neal Cemetery, Twenty Mile.

Phillip Jerry Payne, II
Clay, WV – Phillip Jerry Payne II, 29, of Clay, formerly of Webster County, died August 31, 2013.
He was born October 19, 1983 in Blacksburg, VA.
He was a clerk and 2003 graduate of Webster County High School.
He was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Jerry Payne.
Surviving; mother, Margie Deems Payne of Clay; fiancée, Sonya Hice of Tioga; son, Hunter Navarre Payne; several aunts and uncles.
Service was 3 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Pastor Jimmy Adkins officiating. Burial was in the Chapman Cemetery, Harrison.
