Madge Shelvegene Mullins, 81, entered into rest Wednesday, November 7, 2017 at CAMC General Hospital, after a short illness.
Born September 20, 1936 in Ovapa, Clay County, WV, she was the daughter of James Henry Osburn and Locie Mae (Gibson). In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters Verna (Steve) Pritt, Mildred (Lessel) Brown, Dollie (Ronald) Lyons, Reba (Benton) Wyant and brother Roscoe (Jean) Gibson.
Madge is survived by her children Debra (Kurt) Withey of Abion, NY, John Osburn of Sanford, NC, Marty Holcomb of Charleston, WV and Nova (Brian) Short of Craigsville, WV, nine grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren. Sisters Brenda (Mike) Summers of Kent, NY and Sharon (Wilbur) Cofrey of Sanford, NC and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday November 18, 2017 at Lickfork Baptist Church, Bickmore WV and a private burial on Sunday November 19, 2017 at Sunset Cemetery, Bickmore, WV.
