Elmira, WV – Lura May, 95, of Elmira, entered into rest Thursday, December 5, 2013 at Laurel Nursing & Rehab Center, Big Otter.
Born January 21, 1918, in Lizemores, she was the daughter of the late William and Virgie (Sizemore) Holcomb. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Bill May, son, Billy Lewis May and daughter Katheryn.
Lura is survived by her son, Maynard May of Charleston, 3 grandchildren and sister, Audrey Bays of Rand.
Graveside service was held 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 6, 2013, at Moorefork Cemetery, Big Otter, with Minister Arlis Rexroad officiating.
