Duck, WV – Linda Mae Strickland, 59, of Duck, passed away May 12, 2016 at home.
She was born June 28, 1956 in Fisk, Missouri, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Lillie Mae Brittingham Waters.
Linda was a homemaker and loved gardening and feeding her deer and birds.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Charles Strickland; sons, Charles “Chuck” Howell, Davis Howell and Mike Howell; grandchildren, Liam Howell, Madelynn Howell, Rebecca Howell, Payton Howell and Dylan Howell; brother, Mike Waters; sisters, Deloris Kitchen, Erma Dinolfo and Emma Scott.
Service was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Pastor Paul Frame officiating. Interment was in the Walnut Grove Church Cemetery, Strange Creek.
