Clendenin-Leroy Hall Sr., 66, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, after a long illness.
He was preceded in death by his son, Leroy Hall, Jr.; father, Howard H. Hall and niece, Daphney Stone.
Left to mourn his loss and forever cherish his memory are his loving wife of 44 years, Brenda F. Holcomb Hall; daughter, Tina Hall; son, Tyler (Danielle) Hall; and only grandchild, Stephanie Hall whom he dearly loved; mother, Beatrice Hall of Teays Valley; brothers, Tom (Connie) Hall of Indore, Keith (Charlotte) Hall of Clay; sisters, Linda (Jackie) Brown of Indore, Fay (Teddy) Stephenson of Indore and Joyce (David) Winterholler of Queen Shoals; special nephew, Nathaniel (Madison) Stephenson; and several nieces and nephews; he is also survived by his brother-in-law, Dean Holcomb of Bomont.
His favorite verse is Isaiah 40:31 “But they wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”
Per Leroy’s request, there will be no services. Burial will be in Leroy Hall Cemetery. Matics Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the services. Online condolences may be expressed at maticsfuneralhome.com.
