Leah “Lovelle” Burdette, 62, of Procious, passed away peacefully at home with her husband and family by her side.

Born August 23, 1956, she was the daughter of Annie Lou and Therl L. Lyons, who preceded her in death.

Lovelle is survived by her husband, Richard C. Burdette; daughter, Rachel (Jackie) Samples; grandsons, Isaih Neal and Tristan Samples; brother, Therl Lovel Lyons of Rockwell, NC; sisters, Rita Lyons of Charleston, Anna Lewis of Lorain, OH, Vivian Lyons and Sue Koch (Daymon) of Clay and Pamela K. Jordan of Ft. Wayne, IN; along with her furbabies Honey Bun and Coonie.

She loved the outdoors and working in her flowers. She spent her leisure time fishing, hunting, gathering mushrooms, and walking in the woods.

She will be missed deeply by those who knew and loved her.

There will be no service, per her request.
