Jake Fitzwater, 73, of Tornado, passed away Oct. 21, 2017.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Juanita; his daughter and son-in-law Leslie Cay and Tom Smithson; and his brothers and sisters, Scott and Marlene Fitzwater, Tommy and Rita Fitzwater, Lucy Cox, Nancy and Dan Eller and Jeanetta and Steve Canfield. Jake was preceded in death by his parents, James and Pearl Fitzwater.
A memorial service celebrating Jake’s life will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2017, at Humphrey’s Memorial United Methodist Church, Tornado. Visit his legacy page at AffordableCremationsofWV.com to share your memories of Jake.
