Duck— Garcia Rogers Burchett, 87, of Duck, passed away December 20, 2016, at home.
She was born June 13, 1929.
She was preceded in death by husband, Gene Burchett; mother, Sarah Sears Rogers; brothers, Clifford, Troy, Junior and Cody; sister, Letha Cunningham.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Hallburg Baptist Church. She dearly loved her family.
Garcia is survived by daughters, Charlene Johnson (Gene) and Charlotte Stone (Tom) of Ravenna, OH; sons, Terry Burchett (Trina), Tim Burchett and Jay Burchett (Melissa); special niece, Angie Bastian (Sean); grandchildren, Brittany Rogers (Robert), Jeremy Stone and Nathanial Burchett.
The family would like to thank Hubbard House, Hospice and Dr. Christine Jones and Ruthann for the great care they gave to Garcia.
Graveside service was held at 11 a.m., Friday, December 23, 2016, at the Hardman Church Cemetery, Nebo, with Pastor Dewey Tanner officiating.
