Franklin Childers III, 45, of Glen, entered into rest Monday, October 1, 2018. He was born in Stuttgart, Germany on February 11, 1973.
Frank was an equipment operator for Penn Line Services.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Orvis and Freda Moore and Franklin Childers, Sr. and Sue (Bill) Bailey.
Left to cherish his memory is his son, Isaac at home and stepdaughter, Rhiannon Rhodes; parents, Connie and Leonard Walker and Frank and Kim Childers; brother, David (Melissa) Childers; nephew, Gabriel; step-granddaughter, Bailey Rhodes; aunts, Shelia, Beverly and Angie; several cousins; lifetime friends, David, Glen and Ginny Nelson.
Frankie was a Life Line donor. “Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity; for God loveth a cheerful giver” II CHR 9:7.
A funeral service was held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, October 6, at Wilson-Smith Funeral Home, Clay. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Wallback.
