Charleston– Frank Roscoe Carnegie Jr., 69, of Charleston, entered into rest Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
Born February 3, 1947, in Kanawha, he was the son of the late Frank Roscoe Sr. and Dora (White) Carnegie.
Frank is survived by his sons, Jared Carnegie of Michigan, Brandon Carnegie of Indiana, and Frank Roscoe Carnegie II of Virginia; brother, Mark Carnegie of Charleston; sister, Brenda Carnegie of Charleston; and several grandchildren.
Graveside service was held at 11 a.m., Thursday, October 20, 2016, at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, 130 Academy Dr. Dunbar, WV 25064 with Military Rites.
