Roanoke, VA – Frances Marie Hensley-Bales, 55, of Roanoke, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013. She was a loving wife, mother and daughter. Frances was a member of Hall’s U.M.C, Ironto, where she played the piano and directed the choir for 20 years. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jimmy Bales; her daughter, Heather Bales and fiance, Ken Brand; her parents, Holley and Betty Hensley; and her sisters, Betty Keaton and Karen Parrish.
The family received friends at Oakey’s Roanoke Chapel Wednesday, August 14, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. with a service following at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Elwood Carwyle officiating.
