Duck, WV – Emma Jean Wilkinson, 78, of Duck, entered into rest Saturday, April 16, 2016.
Born March 5, 1938, in Duck, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Etta (Metheney) Cart In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Wilkinson; brothers, Jackie and Emmet Cart; and sisters, Etta Virginia Ramsey.
Emma is survived by her sons, Charles W. Wilkinson and Eddy L. Wilkinson; daughter, Velma Bowman; eight grandchildren; twenty five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; brother, Jerry Cart; sisters, Ruby Grose, Janet Holcomb, Susan Rhodes and Vonnie Grose.
Funeral service will held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay. Burial will be in Moore Fork Cemetery.
