Alice retired from Gould Electronics in 1991 and went to work part time with her daughter at Deli Mart until retiring in 1994 to take care of her great-grandchildren and grandchild.

She is survived by her daughters Sharon Vansach, Pam Igo, and Trina Igo. Grandchildren Trina, Christina, Sarah & Lacy. Great-grandchildren Justin, Jessica Joseph. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Louisa Griffith; siblings; Edith, Edrie, Elbert – Ermer, William, Bryan, Lyman, Lloyd, Melvin, Nellie, Harriet, Ruble & Wanda.

The family will receive friends on October 26, 2024 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at the Riddle Funeral Home 5345 South Street, Vermilion, Ohio 44089. Interment will be held at Moore Cemetery Wallback, West Virginia. The family suggests memorial contributions to Trina Igo, 254 Mornington Rd, Vermilion, Ohio 44089.

Alice was always about the family, she never missed a family reunion or memorial. The kids were everything, she enjoyed camping with them and vacations with Trina from Florida everglades to Cape Cod whale watching. Played country music on the radio all day, enjoyed country music concerts, even last year’s Country Music Christmas at the Palace Theater. She loved Apple Pie and sitting on her patio  under the oak tree. She was loved and will be remembered for her Love and will to help when and with whatever she could do. She was a Blessing to the Family.
