The Barn Hill Preserve Educational Program visited Big Otter Elementary on November 16, 2015. Two enthusiastic young ladies gave our students a 45 presentation on the live animals they brought with them. The offered a unique experience to our students to get up close and personal with animals some have never seen before. The students also participated by asking questions and were involved in live demonstrations. The animals brought to our school were a red kangaroo, a tarantula, hedgehog, blue tongued skink, bearded dragon, sugar glider and a python. We were excited to provide our students with this exciting presentation and the presenters did an excellent job.
