Wilson Ridge, WV – Phyllis “Jean” Frame, 80, of Wilson Ridge entered in rest on August 28, 2015 to be with her Lord and Saviour, surrounded at home by family and friends, as she wished.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Hamrick; mother, Ope Adkins Hamrick; and brother, Junior Hamrick.
Jean is survived by her husband, Paul Frame; daughter, Diana Sparks and “son” Joe Sparks; granddaughter, Amie Minor and husband, Steve; great granddaughter, Katlin; great grandson, Zachary; and one brother, Jennings Hamrick.
She attended her beloved church, Peoples Community Church until illness prevented her from going.
Jean was “second mom” to many and a blessing to those that knew her.
A worthier wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, we could not find.
She was so gentle, loving, kind.
She was the one-tried and true,
Did for us, all she could do.
The many things that we did need,
She gave her best, she did give heed.
As for us, she did so care,
Always doing more than her share.
All thru our lives, and later years,
She shared our joys and dried our tears.
Such a great love she had for her “son”,
Bringing forth her chuckle, while bringing life’s fun.
She was the best there was to me,
With such a woman God was so pleased!
(She will be greatly missed by her family)
Graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Walnut Grove Cemetery, Strange Creek with Pastor Freddie Schoolcraft officiating.
