Jodie, WV – Lena Elizabeth Taylor Williams, 82, of Jodie, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
Born February 23, 1932 in Chesapeake, she is the daughter of the late Cecil and Anna Taylor.
She was a Christian and a member of the 1st Church of God and also attended Jodie Church of God and Riverside Church of God.

In addition to her parents, Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Howard R. Williams; brothers, Cebert Taylor, Bob Taylor and Barber Taylor; sister, Gloria Crouse; and a grandson, Scott Taylor.

She is survived by her children, Harold and wife, Becky Taylor of Vaughan, Gwenda and husband, Sterling Keith of Glen Ferris, Brenda and husband, Billy Morris of Dixie and Janice and husband, Danny Thomas of Jodie; eleven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Gladys Wise; and two half-brothers, Mickey and Douglas Taylor.
Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at Pennington Funeral Home in Gauley Bridge with the Reverends Billy Morris and Jerry Hudson officiating. Burial followed at Rich Creek Cemetery in Jodie.
