Saturday, October 18th was Clay’s annual Breast Cancer walk at Maysel Park. Registration started at 9:00 am and the walk began at 10:00 am. Panera provided breakfast for those supporting this wonderful cause. Around fifty supporters participated in this year’s walk as friends and families walked in memory or support of loved ones or even themselves. Many women are diagnosed every year with breast cancer and many will die from the illness. Early detection is the key to surviving this disease. All money donated stays in West Virginia to help those diagnosed and to help with treatment of cancer.
