Bridgeport, W.Va.—Kenneth Sabacinski, MD is joining UHC Orthopaedics, with Peter J. Alasky, IV, DO; Crhistopher D. Courtney, DO; William J. Dahl, MD; Joseph J. Fazalare, MD; Carl Hasselman, MD; Joshua B. Sykes, MD; David L. Waxman, MD; and Ashley L. Yelinek, DO.
He began his medical journey with a Bachelor of Science-Business at the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Ind., before going on to the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Fla. for his medical degree.
Next came his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at West Virginia University, followed by his fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Mass.
Board eligible, he treats conditions affecting the bones, joints, muscles, and connective tissues. He specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatments for injuries and disorders of the musculoskeletal system, helping patients regain mobility and reduce pain.
He has been widely published, active in professional conferences, and over the years has frequently volunteered for community service.
When he’s not working, Dr. Sabacinski enjoys sports including tennis, baseball, football, and hockey, as well as traveling, experiencing new cultures, and family. He was an award-winning tennis player while on the Notre Dame varsity tennis team, serving as co-captain his junior and senior years.
