Franklin Jennings Elliott went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 23, 2026. Born on December 27, 1951. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Jewel, sister Pam and brother Kevin. Surviving are his beloved wife of 55 years Joyce, beloved daughter Amy, son Jennings (Nellie), grandsons Isaiah (Mandy), Luke, Levi, Daniel, Josiah, Micah, granddaughter Willow, and soon to be born great-grandson Archer Jennings. Frank was a retired coal miner and enjoyed hunting and fishing. To say he liked to fish was an understatement. He was a member of Bell Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Dixie.
Funeral Service was held at 12:00 pm, Monday, July 27, 2026, at Pennington Smith Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, WV, Visitation was one hour prior to the service from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm with Delbert Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Elliott Cemetery, Lizemores, WV.
