Clay County, WV CERT is proud to announce the launch of VolunteerClay, an innovative platform designed to connect residents with meaningful volunteer opportunities and help organizations across the county streamline their volunteer efforts. This project is made possible through grant funding from the Clay County Health Department and the Clay County CERT (Community Emergency Response Team).
VolunteerClay serves as a centralized hub where local organizations can share upcoming volunteer events, record service hours, and measure the collective impact of community contributions. It fosters collaboration, celebrates service achievements, and empowers residents to make a difference in their community.
Current organizations already on the platform include:
-Clay County, WV CERT
-Clay County High School (CCHS)
-Clay County Health Department (CCHD)
-Clay Family Support Center
-Clay County Commission
-Clay County Soccer League
VolunteerClay is actively seeking more organizations to join the platform. Nonprofits, civic groups, and other community-focused entities are encouraged to reach out to be added. The platform allows anyone to post events, making it easier than ever to mobilize volunteers and promote community engagement.
Whether you’re a resident looking to give back, an organization in need of volunteers, or a leader eager to showcase community achievements, VolunteerClay is your go-to resource for making a difference in Clay County.
