The West Virginia State Police are investigating what is believed to human skull remains that were found near the former Majestic Mining site in Widen. The skeletal bone was found Monday evening by a logging company working in the area and reported it to law enforcement. State Police processed and investigated the scene Monday night and also returned Tuesday to attempt to find more clues. At this time, no further information has been released.
