Social Event Space, Brody Nash Realty, and Mediaworx are thrilled to announce the inaugural West Virginia Pepperoni Roll Festival, set to take place at Aberdeen Farms in Ona on Saturday, June 22. This free event will run from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. and promises to be a day filled with fun, food, and entertainment for the entire tri-state area.
“We are excited to host a free, family-friendly event at Aberdeen farm in our hometown of Ona, West Virginia. All of our entertainment are native West Virginians and our vendors are all from West Virgina or the tri-state area. This event would not be possible without our wonderful community and sponsors,” stated event organizer Brody Nash.
The Pepperoni Roll Festival is a celebration of West Virginia’s beloved pepperoni roll and will feature an array of activities and attractions:
Live Magic and Music: Enjoy performances from talented musicians and mesmerizing magic shows.
Local Bakers and Artisans: Explore and support local vendors showcasing their delicious baked goods and unique crafts.
Pepperoni Roll Eating Contest: Witness the excitement as contestants compete to see who can eat the most pepperoni rolls.
Tasting Contest: Taste and vote for the best pepperoni roll among local bakers.
Kid’s Zone: A special area for children featuring face painting and balloon animals crafted by our friendly magician.
Food Trucks and Vendors: A variety of food trucks and vendors will be on-site, offering a wide selection of drinks, food, and crafts for purchase.
“We are thrilled to be a part of the inaugural West Virginia Pepperoni Roll Festival,” said Ashley Deal, owner of Social Event Space. “This event is a wonderful opportunity to showcase our local culture and create lasting memories for attendees. We can’t wait to see the community come together and enjoy a fantastic day of food and entertainment.”
Entrance to the festival and all musical performances are free. Limited seating will be available near the music stage, so guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs, blankets, and other comfort items. Don’t forget to bring sunscreen for protection against the summer sun.
For the convenience of all attendees, there will be a designated smoking/vaping area.
Please note that no alcohol will be sold or permitted on the premises. The festival will take place rain or shine, ensuring a great day out regardless of the weather.
This event is made possible thanks to the generous support of our sponsors: WSAZ, HD MEDIA, Brody Nash Realty, Social Event Space, Mediaworx, West Virginia Lottery, Plato’s Closet, Ohio Valley Bank, and Randy’s Potties.
