Jennifer (Jenny) R. Payne, 41, of Belva, WV passed away on December 21, 2020 after a long battle with several medical conditions during the latter part of her life.
She was born on September 1,1979 in Albion, NY to parents Bobby R. Stone and Barbara (Nichols) Stone. Her family moved back to West Virginia when she was very young. She was preceded in death by her father Bobby, grandparents (maternal) Alice and Orda Nichols, (paternal) Rosie Workman and Granville Stone. She is survived by her mother Barbara Cooper, children Dekota Lane of Fola, WV, Michael Payne of Belva, WV, Kalea Payne of Erie, PA, twin grandchildren, Cassie and C.J. of Erie, PA whom she loved in her heart but never got to physically visit with due to her health and the COVID epidemic, and her only sibling Robert L. Stone of WV.
Jenny leaves behind many relatives and friends to cherish her memory. She was a 1979 graduate of Clay County High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. Jenny loved life and being outdoors.
No services were held due to COVID and cremation request. Rest in peace and wear your “Angel Wings” proudly because you earned them.
