West Virginia has welcomed its first baby of the New Year. Rylee Scott Atha was born at 6:34am on January 1 at Women and Children’s Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia. Rylee was due on Tuesday but decided to make a New Year’s appearance instead . Rylee’s mother Angel said that the laboring process only took 4 hours. This was Angel’s second child. Rylee has an older brother who’s three years of age. The family resides in Montgomery, WV.
