Tuesday evening, a large group of people gathered at Risen Lord Catholic Church to pack bags full of food for students in the county to have access to something to eat during the school closure days resulting from the walk out. Thank you to everyone that donated items and time to help pack these bags. Over 400 bags were sent out! These bags took care of Clay Elementary, CCMS and Big Otter Elementary.
Also, Thanks to Lizemore Nazarene Church, Bell Creek Baptist Church and Laurel Fork Missionary Baptist for taking care of Lizemore Elementary. Also thanks to whomever took care of H.E. White, we do not have your information but we still appreciate you! The high school was taking care of the bags needed there. And thanks to Vicky Perdue for the information!
