A Lifetime Citizens Achievement Award and retirement party was given for Leonard Williams.
Williams has been a fixture in the town of Clay for many years. From electrical, water, sanitation, and street department, to the Lions Club and the Apple Festival, he has been a great asset and much appreciated to all.
