The Clay County Assessor’s Office will begin reviewing property for Tax Year 2018. Within the next several months, property in Pleasant and Union Districts will be visited and reviewed by the Assessor and/or a Deputy Assessor. In addition, other areas of the county will be reviewed where there has been flood damage and/or improvement to the property.
Those who will be doing the review are (pictured above) Teresa Davis, Assessor; Jo Taylor, McKenzie Smith, Michelle Morton, Deputies Assessor and Stacy King, OES Director.
