Ivydale– Daniel Lee Hundley, 57, of Ivydale, went home to be with the Lord on November 24, 2016.
Daniel was a retired accountant from the DHHR Medical Services at the State Capitol Complex. He was a member of Villa Nova Missionary Baptist Church and the adult Sunday School teacher.
Daniel was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, H. D. and Elizabeth Hundley.
Survivors include his wife, Susan, and daughters, Ruth and Laura, all of Ivydale; his sister and brother-in-law, Marsha and Raymond Swaggerty, and nieces, Katherine and Heather Swaggerty, all of Daniels, WV.
Daniel’s family would like to thank Dr. Goldfarb, Dr.Guyer, Dr. Hager, Dr. Hossino, Dr. Kuryla, Dr. Lough, Dr. Rahman and their staffs, and the Fresenius Dialysis Center at Chesterfield Avenue for their wonderful care of Daniel.
Visitation was from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, November 26, 2016, at Villa Nova Missionary Baptist Church. The funeral service was at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 27, 2016, at Villa Nova Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Okey Short officiating. Burial followed in Clay Memorial Gardens, Clay, WV.
