Clay County has a new business in town!
Several, actually, which we are going to highlight in the weeks to come to give you more information about the new businesses.
This week, we want to inform you about the Big Rock Feed Store located on Procious Maysel road. Big Rock Feed Store opened its doors in the first of June. It is owned and operated by Johnny and Irene Shafer of Ocala. The Shafers are long-time residents of Clay County and are excited about the opening of their new business providing animal supplies and hardware supplies. They sell many different types of dog food, feed for your farm animals, animal medicines, hardware, and more. They even sell mixed feeds! In the future, they have plans of mixing their own feeds instead of buying the feed already mixed.
Big Rock Feed Store is open Monday-Friday, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and is closed on Sundays. Their phone number is 304-587-7770. If you have any questions for Big Rock Feed Store, give them a call or stop buy and see them!
