On Saturday, October 9, Clay Municipal Water will shut off the water in town to install a fire hydrant from approximately 8 a.m.-3 p.m.Towns of Clay, Pisgah, Hartland, Two Run and Ivydale will be affected. A boil water will be in effect until further notice.
