William Lee Fisher Sr., 73, of Procious, entered into rest Wednesday, August 17, 2016.
Born September 10, 1942, in Washington DC, Virginia, he was the son of the late Artie and Margret (Merchant) Fisher. In addition to his parents, William was a preceded in death by a son, John Lee Fisher; and sister, Mary Elizabeth Fisher.
William is survived by his wife, Betty Fisher of Procious; sons, Johnnie Hurst of Unionville, VA., Franklin Fisher of Arizona and William Lee Fisher Jr. of Clay; daughter, Kristie Hurst of Unionville, VA., eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 20, 2016, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Rick Canfield officiating. Burial will be in Gary Cemetery, Harrison.
Visitation with the family will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
