The family of Roy and Vina Sears Bee held their annual reunion on the Bee Family Farm at Hallburg Rd on Sunday, May 29. This family tradition has continued since 1948.The day started out sunny but gave way to some showers in the afternoon.
The only remaining member of Roy and Vina’s children are Roscoe Bee, William Bee and Anna Jean Bee Mollohan. Roscoe and Ann attended but William was unable to do so because of health reasons. Children who have gone to be with the Lord are, Ralph, Ruby Bee Mollohan, Ronzel, Pebble Bee Mollohan, Carl, and Glen.

Lesa and Breanna Ross of Gaston, SC, Gary and Louise Mollohan Maynor of Whitesville, WV, James Dolan of Auterville, NC. Tony and Linda Mollohan of Longmont, CO. David and Sherry Buckalew of Charleston, WV. Tenna and Angie Pritt of Sebring, FL. Marenna Pritt and friend Donovan Archer of Anderson, IN. Shannon and Cameron Mollohan of Gastonia, NC. Shelby Pritt and fiancee Dane Rowles of Anderson, IN. Howard and Shelia Bee Shinn of Elkview, WV. Cheryl Pritt of Anderson, IN. Carla, Emma and Kaylee Mollohan of Eccles, WV. Harold Mollohan of Gastonia, NC and Jaime Driggers of Cramerton, NC.
All four of Harold and Ruby Bee Mollohan’s children were in attendance. They also traveled from the farthest point.
Everyone had a good time of fellowship with dinner and a bonfire for wiener roast and s’mores making later that night. Some of Ruby’s family stayed on the farm for a few days after the reunion.
Each year it is sad to leave not knowing what changes will come before the next gathering. God has truly blessed our family with love and many precious memories.
