Wallback, WV -Nancy Lea (Wayne) Collins, 64, of Wallback, entered into rest Friday, June 10, 2016.
Born March 24, 1952 in Clarksville, TN., she was the daughter of the late Wilford and Mary (Butler) Wayne.
Nancy is survived by her husband, James “Jim” Collins; son, RJ Coleman both of Wallback; brothers, James Wayne of Portsmouth, Ohio, David Wayne of Valley Fork; sister, Wilma Wayne of St. Albans.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 P.M. Thursday, June 16, at Wilson-Shamblin-Smith Funeral Home, Clay.
