There will be a Food Handlers Class at the Health Department Monday, October 15, at noon. The fee for the class is $10, and the card is good for two years.



The Birch River PSD will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, October 16, at 9 a.m. at the PSD office in Birch River.



The Clayton-Griffith Creek annual Old Fashioned Pie Supper will be held on Saturday, October 27, at 6 p.m. in the Clayton Community Building in Clayton, WV. The Clay County WIC office located at 452 Main Street in Clay is open to serve the public every Monday and Wednesday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. All central WV WIC offices will be closed on October 8 for Columbus Day.
