Ingredients:
•    4 Cups Sauerkraut, wash and drain
•    ½ cup diced celery
•    1 green pepper diced
•    1 small jar pimentos, diced
•    1 large onion chopped, caraway seeds
•    1 small can water chestnuts, drain and chop
•    /3 cup water
•    2/3 cup vinegar
•    1/3 cup oil
•    1 cup sugar

Directions
Combine water, vinegar, oil and sugar.
Heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over vegetables while hot, refrigerate 24 hours
